Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Location: Olathe, Kansas

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Pay: $33-40 per hour (plus shift differentials)

Position Summary:

As a Night Shift RN in our Progressive Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients who require intermediate-level monitoring and intervention. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

~Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, identifying any changes or deterioration

~Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

~Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

~Provide education and support to patients and their families

~Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and interventions

Qualifications:

~Minimum of 2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

~BSN preferred; ADN accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of employment

~Current BLS and ACLS certification

~Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

~Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

~Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team
