Shift: Nights 7p-7a (12 hrs) 36 weekly

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be working in the  Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,  a 25 bed Level III unit with a Neonatal Ground Transport Team.  We focus on family-centered care. We have 5 Neonatologist on staff.  We are looking for Healers who can encompass our Health System five carevalues: Integrity, Communications, Attitude, Results, and Engagement; or as we call: ICARE values. 

Responsibilities  NICU RN essential functions include (but are not limited to):

                         Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment & analyzing assessment data

• • Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
  • Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
  • Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
  • Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.
   

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Oklahoma
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
• Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred (If no work experience, will consider school attendance and performance records)
  
• BLS - Required
• NICU experience - REQUIRED
• NRP - Required (within 6 months of hire if not current)
• STABLE Certification - Preferred
• Perinatal Continuing Education Program (PCEP) - Preferred
