What we need: Night Shift RN - Telemetry and Medical Surgical

Location: Olathe, Kansas

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Salary: $33 - $40 per hour (plus shift differentials)

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for night shift positions in our Telemetry and Medical Surgical units. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

~Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Telemetry and Medical Surgical units

~Monitor patient vital signs, telemetry readings, and other indicators of health

~Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

~Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

~Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

~Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

~Valid RN license in the state of Kansas

~Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing

~BSN preferred; ADN accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years

~Current BLS certification; ACLS certification for Telemetry unit preferred

~Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

`Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
