RN - Registered Nurse/Addictions and Substance Use Disorder

DESCRIPTION

Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 annually

Hospital Manger of Substance Use Disorder Services

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department or organization
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Conduct crisis intervention and patient assessments as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate group therapy sessions
- Provide PTSD care and cognitive behavioral therapy to patients
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards, including ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, patient assessment, and PTSD care
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
