Job Title: Dental Assistant (1-Year Contract with Extension Potential)
Location: Orlando, FL
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (1 year with the possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, including preparation and instrumentation.
- Perform dental radiography and other diagnostic tests as needed.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the dental office.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a 2-year dental assistant program or a 2-year dental hygiene program accredited by the American Dental Association's Commission on Accreditation.
- The program must include at least 12 semester hours of courses.
- Ability to pass a government background check.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
