We are seeking a Full-Time School Social Worker for a school-based position in Richton Park, IL for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year. This role offers a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students with no extreme behaviors, making it an excellent opportunity for a social worker looking for a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services

• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff

• Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Requirements:

• Active Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement

• School-based experience preferred

• Ability to work onsite full-time
