Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

Location: Hobbs

Shift:

• Day Shift
• 5x8-hour shifts

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a surgical team in Hobbs, NM. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing skills and experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist surgical teams in maintaining a safe sterile environment
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
• Maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1–2 years of OR experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Scrub and/or circulate experience preferred

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS preferred/required per facility
