Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Night Shift: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Pay Rate:

• $48/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure excellent clinical outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and perform nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work assigned schedule consistently
