Aura Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem opportunities at an LTAC/Rehabilitation facility in Littleton, CO.

Schedule:

• Per diem
• 12-hour shifts
• Day and Night shifts available
• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in an LTAC/Rehab setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• LTAC, rehabilitation, medical-surgical, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
