Location: Hilliard, FL
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Schedule: 5 x 8-Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $48.00 per hour

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an opportunity in Hilliard, Florida. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' mobility, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, treatment goals, and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits:
