Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Big Spring TX

Pay Rate:

• $32/hour

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Every other weekend off

Contract Length:

• 6-month commitment

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality patient care in a structured clinical setting. The LVN will support patient treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
• Educate patients on medications and care plans
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Perform computer data entry (training provided)
• Ensure compliance with facility Standard Operating Procedures
• Adhere to Joint Commission, CMS, BSH, and HHSC standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• Active LVN license
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain compliance standards
