Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Seward, AK
Position: Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: 4 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour
Weekly Stipend: $1,000 (for qualified travelers)

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in Seward, Alaska. This position offers a consistent night shift schedule, competitive pay, a weekly stipend, and a vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions and document changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
