Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Long Term Care facilities in Old Bridge, NJ. This is a per diem opportunity with flexible day, evening, and night shifts available.

As a CNA, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with meals and feeding as needed

• Monitor and document resident health and behavior

• Support mobility and exercise routines

• Follow care plans and facility policies

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in NJ

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts (day, evening, night)
