Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be working in the 4N unit can expect a 26 bed medical/surgical unit that cares for a wide variety of patients with complex medical conditions including post-operative colorectal surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Oklahoma
- BLS required
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
