SOC - Social Work/LCSW- Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Pay: $65,000 to 75,000 annually.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at our Freehold, NJ location. If you enjoy helping others and making a difference in other's lives, we are searching for you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients with mental health and behavioral health issues
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Implement evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Stay current on best practices in mental health counseling and incorporate them into practice

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with medical professionals on medication management
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for billing purposes
- Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles and techniques, including motivational interviewing
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
