Job Description


We are seeking a licensed Urologist for an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and we invite you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60 employed providers. Acute care community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission receiving several national recognitions from groups such as Leap Frog and Health Grades for our quality and patient safety.

Job Description
  • 17-20 is the average number of office/clinic patients per day (non negotiable)
  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
  • On call 10 days per month
  • Well Defined Referral Source from our Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians
  • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
  • 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
  • 2 Current Urologists in the Group
  • DaVinci surgical robot system
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
  • Equipment: PVR Scanner
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums submissions
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. To be discussed at interview.
  • Sign on bonus (negotiable)
  • Relocation allowance, if applicable
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
