Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | $66/hr | 2025–2026 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support schools in Lakewood, WA for the 2025–26 school year. This is a floating role working across multiple schools, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and making an impact across diverse student populations.

Position Highlights:

• $66 per hour

• Full school-year contract (2025–26)

• Float between multiple schools for a dynamic work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy services to students.

• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

• Work with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.

• Deliver therapy in group and one-on-one settings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certificate (or eligibility)

• Prior school-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
