Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM 
Pay Rate: $45/hour
Contract Length: 45-week (Full school year)

Job Description:

Aura Staffing Partners is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Physical Therapist to join a supportive team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, contracted position within a school setting, working with students from diverse backgrounds who require physical therapy services to support their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students with a variety of physical and developmental disabilities.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP (Individualized Education Program) teams.

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student mobility, motor skills, and physical functioning.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and reports.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and student progress updates.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to physical therapy in educational settings.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• CPR certification (preferred).
