We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative healthcare team. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral health services in a professional clinical environment. The RN will provide direct patient care while coordinating treatment plans and supporting positive patient outcomes.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and rights
Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Participate in continuous professional development
Perform additional duties as assigned
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License (Must be active at time of submission)
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
Behavioral Health experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
