Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, CA, is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join their dedicated team in a well-established 32-bed Level III community NICU offering excellent pediatric subspecialty support and a supportive work/life balanced schedule in the scenic South Bay region of Los Angeles County.
Job Description
Provide high-quality clinical care in a 32-bed community Level III NICU with an average daily census of 12 newborns
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialty teams including surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology (GI), and ENT to manage complex neonatal cases
Participate in the newborn service including direct patient care and family counseling
Support the hospital s role as a California Children's Services (CCS) designated facility and contribute to quality improvement initiatives such as the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative
Work within a collegial team environment fostering a positive work/life balance
Engage with hospital staff and administration to maintain and improve neonatal care standards
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.

Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine- REQUIRED * no exceptions

Willingness to provide 24/7 in-house coverage – REQUIRED
