Perm Neonatologist

Job Description

• Provide high-quality clinical care in a 32-bed community Level III NICU with an average daily census of 12 newborns
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialty teams including surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology (GI), and ENT to manage complex neonatal cases
• Participate in the newborn service including direct patient care and family counseling
• Support the hospital's role as a California Children's Services (CCS) designated facility and contribute to quality improvement initiatives such as the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative
• Work within a collegial team environment fostering a positive work/life balance
• Engage with hospital staff and administration to maintain and improve neonatal care standards
