Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Minooka Primary Center – Minooka, IL
Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Contract Dates: 02/23/26 – 05/21/26

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the team at Minooka Primary Center for a school-based assignment. The OT will support students' developmental, functional, and academic needs by providing high-quality therapy services within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois OT license

• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
