LPN - School Nurse

LPN – School Setting | Lakewood, WA | $43/hr

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide support in an elementary school setting. This is a great opportunity for a nurse with experience in pediatric care who is comfortable managing specialized medical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to students as needed, including routine health monitoring

• Administer and manage medical care such as tracheostomy, G-tube (for students not eating enough by mouth), and oxygen support (rarely used)

• Assist with individualized care plans and collaborate with school staff to ensure student safety

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Washington State

• Experience with tracheostomy care and confidence in replacing tracheostomy tubes if needed

• Comfortable working with children in a school environment

Schedule & Pay:

• $43/hour

• School day hours
