LPN

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $32/hr
Schedule: Full school year, consistent assignment

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care for a student with ventilator and tracheostomy needs. The LPN will follow a plan of care, monitor the student's health status, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met. Supervision and support are provided by an agency case manager.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 direct nursing services for a student with vent/trach needs

• Maintain accurate health records and daily documentation

• Collaborate with care teams and make referrals if needed

• Ensure compliance with state, agency, and Medicaid requirements

Requirements:

• Current WI LPN license

• Ventilator and tracheostomy certification

• Background check clearance

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
