ICU/CCU Registered Nurse

Per Diem ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay Rate: $52 per hour
Shift: Days

We are seeking an experienced ICU/CCU RN to pick up per diem day shifts in a high-acuity critical care setting. Ideal for nurses looking for flexibility while working with complex patient populations.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois RN license

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or CCU experience

• Current BLS and ACLS (NIHSS preferred)

• Strong critical care assessment and monitoring skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-acuity patients with complex and unstable conditions

• Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring

• Administer critical medications and titrate drips

• Care for ventilated patients and interpret ABGs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary critical care teams

• Complete timely and accurate documentation
