Home Health RN – 13-Week Contract | Great Bend, KS

Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hrs/week | 8-hour days, Monday–Friday
Pay: $51/hour mileage reimbursement
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Great Bend, KS. This role offers a steady weekday schedule, with rotation-based weekend and on-call responsibilities.

Schedule & On-Call Details:

• Weekend rotation: Every 5th weekend (flexibility to trade weekends with other nurses)

• On-call: 1–2 evenings per week (5 p.m.–8 a.m.)

• Weekend on-call: Friday evening through Monday morning (scheduled visits emergency calls)

• Busy weekend coverage may allow a weekday off to balance workload

• Travel: Within a 30-mile radius of the county

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg, Home Health, or Inpatient nursing experience

• Strong hands-on nursing care skills

• Comfortable with home health visits, emergency calls, and independent work
