AnMed is seeking a fellowship-trained Hematologist/Oncologist for their Cancer Center in Anderson, SC. Located along South Carolina s National Heritage Corridor, the greater Anderson area is a fast-growing and diverse county of about 185,000 residents.
Job Description:
Candidates can be BE or BC, but BC is HIGHLY PREFERRED based on the complexity of the practice and the first physician will be onsite alone a majority of the time (until a second provider is hired).
Full-time position covering outpatient, clinic, (very few) hospital rounds
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with slight variations possible (32 minimum patient contact hours) On call
Cover practice call and inpatient for Oncology patients (no weekends)

TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Hematology/Medical Oncology - REQUIRED (Board Certified is highly preferred)

Clean Malpractice & License History - REQUIRED
