Registered Nurse – Juvenile Correctional Facility
Location: Butner, NC
Shift: Mid Shift
Pay: $52/hour
Setting: Juvenile Justice Facility

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a juvenile correctional facility. This role requires a nurse who is confident and comfortable working in a secure environment and delivering care to adolescents.

Requirements:

• Current RN license

• Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing

• Comfortable working in a juvenile justice facility

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents

• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Collaborate with facility staff, mental health providers, and families

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
