We are seeking a compassionate and culturally competent Bilingual Social Worker to support individuals and families facing social, emotional, and economic challenges. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including case notes, reports, and progress summaries.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service plans or educational plans (e.g., IEPs, 504 Plans).
Provide family education and support related to parenting, communication, or mental health.
Support outreach efforts and facilitate bilingual workshops or support groups.
Collaborate with interpreters and translation services when needed.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure or certification (e.g., LSW, LMSW, LCSW).
Fluency in English and [insert second language], with the ability to conduct assessments and write documentation in English.
Strong knowledge of cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and social determinants of health.
Experience working with diverse, multilingual, and immigrant/refugee populations.
