We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The BCBA will oversee individualized treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and other professionals, and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing program adjustments.
Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills.
Ensure services meet BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, teachers, and healthcare providers.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Participate in regular team meetings, professional development, and quality assurance activities.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
