What to expect

APPLICATION

Get started by filling out an online application and upload your resume. Let us know if you prefer phone, text or email to reach you.

INTERVIEW

One of our recruiters will be in touch within two days of receiving your application to schedule a video or in-person interview with you to get to know you better. Interviews take around 45 minutes.

REVIEW

After an interview we’ll request two professional references from you and complete a background check, credentials check, health check and skills check. We’ll be in touch regularly while we search for the perfect position for you.

PLACEMENT

Once you’re matched to a new placement, and you accept, we’ll invite you for an Aura Orientation to help you nail your first day (and beyond) and give you the details of your employee benefits. We’ll also send you a quick questionnaire within your first week to check how your new placement is going.

COMMUNITY

Now that you’re part of the Aura healthcare community we’ll continue to support you by providing access to web training resources and certifications, regular newsletters, fun, monthly team events and quarterly check-ups and site-visits.
