Brian Colbeck

Brian understands the importance of infusing energy with a foundation that provides knowledgeable, candid, friendly, trustworthy, and caring teams.

Brian began his career in the staffing industry in 2006 with one of the nation’s largest firms that specialized in Pharmacist’s and Pharmacy Tech’s. Working with various Pharmacy companies from retail, privately owned, and healthcare companies Brian provided part time and full time Pharmacist’s and Pharmacy Tech’s nationwide. Brian quickly learned that healthcare staffing was his passion and in 2010 he made a change to the nursing side of staffing where he managed a very successful team for the state of Colorado that serviced many nursing fields such as RN, LPN, CNA, and many Allied fields. His diversity in healthcare staffing is unique as he has worked with many different industry settings such as; Hospitals, Long Term Cares, Hospice care, Schools, Government entities, Correction departments, Behavioral facilities, Clinics/Doctor offices, Home Health, Rehab facilities, Urgent Cares, Assisted Living and Surgery facilities and has enjoyed partnerships in each equally. In 2017 Brian was promoted to a Regional Manager role where he managed multiple offices including; Denver, Co., Phoenix, Az., Houston, Tx., and Anaheim, Ca. and continued to provide leadership to internal staff throughout the company regularly, along with partnership with local healthcare companies in each city he managed.

Brian’s wealth of healthcare staffing knowledge, along with his outgoing and enthusiastic nature to help others makes him a wonderful addition to the Aura team. He pushes himself hard every day to make a difference in someone’s life, in the office, with clients, and with the healthcare professionals across the country.

When Brian is not at the office he enjoys traveling with his family to places on a beach or in the mountains. He also enjoys fly fishing with friends and visiting the locally owned micro brews across the country.
